fix(cli): fail workspace delete when a cloud workspace is not found - #7789
Conversation
Without --local or --host, workspaces delete targets the cloud when the account has cloud workspaces. An id the cloud does not know (a local worktree, a typo) came back as missing, printed 'Deleted 0 cloud workspaces', and exited 0, so scripts and agents read a no-op as success. It now throws like workspaces get does, naming any ids it did delete and pointing at --local/--host.

Problem
Without
--localor--host,superset workspaces deletetargets the cloud when the account has cloud workspaces (#7564). If the cloud doesn't know the id, for example a local worktree workspace or a typo, the command printedDeleted 0 cloud workspaces/Not found: <id>and exited 0. An agent cleaning up its own local workspace this way reported it deleted while the workspace was still there.Fix
The cloud branch of
workspaces deletenow throws aCLIErrorwhen any id isn't found. That matchesworkspaces get(which already throwsNo cloud workspace … in this organization) and the host branch (which fails on an unknown id). The error names any ids that were deleted before the miss and suggests--local/--host.--jsonoutput no longer has amissingfield; nothing in the repo reads it.Verification

Fixes
superset workspaces deleteso it exits non-zero when any cloud workspace id is not found, instead of printing "Deleted 0 cloud workspaces" and exiting 0. The error message lists any ids that were deleted before the miss and suggests--local/--host.--jsonoutput no longer includes amissingfield.Written for commit 5f974d3.
