Fixes SUPER-2451.

A page's Version history submenu rendered every version at full height and ran off the bottom of the screen, with no way to reach the older entries.

Root cause

DropdownMenuContent already caps itself and scrolls:

max-h-(--radix-dropdown-menu-content-available-height) overflow-x-hidden overflow-y-auto

DropdownMenuSubContent had neither â�� just overflow-hidden. Radix sets the same --radix-dropdown-menu-content-available-height custom property on SubContent (confirmed in @radix-ui/react-dropdown-menu@2.1.16 dist), so mirroring the root content's treatment is the entire fix. One class string, no call-site changes.

Verification

Measured with 62 versions in a 1280x720 viewport:

Blast radius

This touches the shared primitive, so every dropdown submenu gets the cap. Seven call sites already pass their own max-h-80 / max-h-[60vh]; tailwind-merge@3.5.0 dedupes the max-h-* group, so those keep winning â�� verified directly:

Follow-up, deliberately not in this PR

ContextMenuSubContent has the identical asymmetry, and three uncapped call sites there map over user-created sections with no bound (WorkspaceContextMenu.tsx:179, DashboardSidebarWorkspaceContextMenu.tsx:213, DashboardSidebarWorkspaceBulkContextMenu.tsx:65 â�� all "Move to Section"/"Move to group"). Same one-line fix, kept out to hold this PR to the reported bug.
