feat(desktop): stop an agent watching a page from its row in the watcher menu - #7820

…her menu The page watcher menu ended each agent row with an arrow that only opened the terminal. The original menu (#6952) had a "Stop watching" item; the per-agent rewrite dropped it. Each row now ends with an X, revealed on hover or focus and styled like the sidebar's close button, that calls pageWatch.unwatch on the host that owns the watcher, then refreshes the per-host watcher queries and the page's cloud watch flag. The row itself still opens the terminal. Rows carry their host URL so the stop reaches the right host. Rows whose workspace this machine does not know are no longer rendered disabled, because the disabled style blocks pointer events and would hide the X; they simply do not navigate. The two strings were still translated in git history and are restored into every locale catalog. Verified over CDP in the dev desktop app: after a real click on the X the header badge and terminal eye chip disappear, the host lists no watchers, the cloud flag clears, the route is unchanged, and no console errors fire.
