Antigravity ran on runtime 1.4.1. That runtime reported quota errors as normal replies, offered no way to see a subagent's work, and turned video uploads into plain file paths. Newer runtimes (1.4.2 to 1.4.5) also write a stray skills/system/run-workflow/SKILL.md into the user's project.

This moves the managed runtime to 1.4.5 on every platform. Windows on 1.4.5 is untested and goes out through nightly; MP4 video stays a saved path there, because the agent drops drive letters from file URIs. Main changes:

• No stray files. On 1.4.2 to 1.4.5, T3 sends disabledTools: ["run_workflow"], so the agent no longer writes into the project.
• Native reader and diff edits on 1.4.5. On 1.4.5, a client read sends the whole file to serve one line.
• Real turn failures. Quota and provider errors that the agent ends as a normal end_turn now fail the turn. The decision uses typed evidence from the agent's own session database, never the reply text. A reply that just quotes the quota notice still completes.
• Video. Supported MP4 uploads go to Gemini as an ACP resource_link.
• Edit locations. Approvals place an edit only where its text matches whole lines once inside the runtime's search range in the pre-edit file. Any edit that cannot be placed exactly (cut text, mixed placed and unplaced chunks, line-break changes) shows no inline preview instead of a wrong hunk at line 1.
• Subagent work. A read-only view of a native subagent's role, prompt, tool calls, and answer, on web and mobile, behind the normal thread access checks. A batch is matched to its record by the planner call id, or by its exact launch text only when no other batch in the same agent session could own that record; otherwise the view says it has no record.
• T3 tools over HTTP MCP. Antigravity reaches T3's MCP tools over the authenticated HTTP endpoint instead of the stdio bridge.
• Faster first prompt. The quota read no longer blocks readiness or the first prompt. Signing into another account clears the old account's limits.
• Usage and instructions. 1.4.5 per-turn usage is normalized to T3's format: Google's harness leaves cached tokens out of the prompt count and thoughts out of the output count, so both are added back. Stable T3 guidance goes in systemPrompt.append on 1.4.5.

Proof

• Tests: vp run check:changed passes. Each review fix added a test that fails without it.
• Live, macOS, official 1.4.5:
  • The in-app install passed the pinned hash and size checks, and Google sign-in worked.
  • A subagent turn answered correctly, and nothing was written into the project.
  • An attached text file was read by a subagent from the shared attachments folder, with no failed tool calls and no stray files.
  • A turn called T3's t3_project_list MCP tool; the server trace shows an authenticated HTTP tools/call.
  • The Subagent work dialog showed the real child, its prompt, and its file read.
• Earlier qualification (BeeBox): Linux x64 and macOS ARM64 probes, typed quota and invalid-request failures, a blind six-second MP4 read correctly by Gemini 3.8 Flash, and the subagent view on web, iOS, and Android.

The later commits add 1.4.5 to the compatibility manifest, move Windows to 1.4.5, and fix the review findings. One commit drops BeeBox's per-thread upload copies and keeps main's shared attachments folder: a failed copy blocked the whole turn, and the agent's shell could read the shared folder anyway.
