feat(desktop): attach images to a cloud workspace at create - #7633
Conversation
Desktop was worse than mobile here: mobile refused with an error, desktop uploaded the files and then called create without them, so they vanished with no signal at all. The comment at the cloud branch said why — "written to a host, and this workspace's host doesn't exist yet". An upload's target is now a host URL *or* `CLOUD_UPLOAD_TARGET`. For the cloud target the bytes go to cloud storage over a presigned PUT (`attachment.createUpload`) instead of to a host, and a ready entry carries a `files.id` the sandbox resolves rather than a host attachment id. The store already keyed uploads by `(fileId, target)`, so the pill list, the pruning and the await path needed nothing. This is the same id space mobile sends, which the sandbox imports on first boot.
📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughCloud workspace attachments now upload to cloud storage through signed uploads. The resulting file IDs are passed to cloud agent creation. Non-cloud workspace uploads retain the existing host upload path. ChangesCloud attachment uploads

Include attachments in the cloud agent launch condition.
A cloud submission with only an attachment is allowed by the UI. wantCloudAgent remains false because it excludes attachmentIds, so the request omits both agent and attachmentFileIds. The API still creates the cloud workspace, but it creates no agent launch, so the uploaded file is not imported into the sandbox. Include attachmentIds.length > 0 in wantCloudAgent.

Track uploads by file and target. After a file uploads to the active non-cloud target, useUploadAttachments records only its file ID. When the target changes to CLOUD_UPLOAD_TARGET, the hook skips that file, so useFileIdsForHost hides it and awaitUploads returns no cloud ID. Submission continues without blocking, but the cloud request omits the file from attachmentFileIds. Track seen uploads by (file.id, hostUrl); startUpload already deduplicates that pair.

#7864) Attaching an image to a new cloud workspace failed silently since #7633: the renderer PUTs the bytes straight to a presigned R2 URL, and the CSP's connect-src never listed the S3 endpoint, so Chromium refused the request before it left the app. Mobile and the CLI do the same PUT without a CSP, which is why only the desktop broke. A presigned PUT only works on <account>.r2.cloudflarestorage.com; an R2 custom domain serves GET/HEAD only, and proxying uploads through the usercontent Worker would put 200 MB bodies through Cloudflare's 100 MB edge limit. The wildcard keeps the account id out of the client bundle. Verified over CDP in the dev renderer: with HEAD's index.html a PUT to an R2 host fires a securitypolicyviolation on connect-src; with this change it does not.
