The homepage did not look like the app. It used zinc grays instead of true black, a noise overlay, colored glows, pill badges, DM Sans, and a tilted screenshot. Next to the real app screenshot, it read as a different product.

This makes it match the app without changing the layout:

• App tokens: true black, neutral grays, the app's blue. Flat cards. No noise, glows, gradients, or dashed rules.
• App fonts: Inter (self-hosted, same package as the app) and the system mono stack. DM Sans and JetBrains Mono are removed.
• Less chrome: no eyebrow label or pill badges. Plain green checks and status.
• The download buttons use the app's blue. The screenshot sits flat with a 1px edge and now also shows on mobile.
• Floating harness icons animate in once instead of drifting forever.
• Tighter section spacing. The star count is now 31k+.
• Mobile fixes: PR rows, harness labels, and the terminal no longer wrap or cut off.
