refactor(shared): host process references live in a HostProcess module

The host process references were named exports of a camelCase @t3tools/shared/hostProcess module (HostProcessPlatform, HostProcessHomeDirectory, …), imported by name. Every other service module in the repo is PascalCase and namespace-imported.

The module is now @t3tools/shared/HostProcess, with short exports used through a namespace import:

• Renamed exports: Platform, Architecture, Hostname, HomeDirectory, Environment, WorkingDirectory, ExecutablePath, Arguments, InvokedAs, IsExecutable, Addresses, UserId, and isWindows (was isHostWindows).
• Reference keys follow the new module path (@t3tools/shared/HostProcess/<Name>). They're Context.References with defaults and are never persisted, so nothing depends on the old keys.
• The rewrite is mechanical across 230 files. Typecheck is clean in all 17 affected workspaces, and the touched package and server tests pass.
