The privacy policy only covered accounts, T3 Connect, and notifications. It didn't mention the anonymous product usage data T3 Code sends by default, which is the gap people in the community spotted.

Changes to apps/marketing/src/pages/privacy-policy.astro:

  • What we collect: a short "Product usage data" item saying that T3 Code sends anonymous usage data by default (for example the provider and model a turn used, whether it succeeded, and app version and OS) to improve the product, and that you can turn it off.
  • How we use it: the "analyze and improve" purpose now names product usage data.
  • Providers: adds PostHog. Google's entry now also covers Android push (FCM), which the relay uses.
  • Your choices: a short "Product Usage Data" section explains the T3CODE_TELEMETRY_ENABLED=false opt-out.
  • Effective and last-updated dates moved to 2026-10-06.

The other listed providers (Clerk, Cloudflare, PlanetScale, Vercel, Axiom, Expo, Apple) still match the code.

Verification

  • vp run build in apps/marketing passes.
  • Copy-only change, so no screenshots.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5)

The policy did not mention the PostHog usage events the server sends by
default. Describe what is collected and what is not, list PostHog as a
provider, explain the opt-out, and note Google's role in Android push.

Approvability

Verdict: Approved at 0c183a9

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This PR only updates the rendered privacy policy and does not change telemetry behavior or product defaults. The unresolved Medium finding flags that the current “anonymous” wording may not accurately describe stable account-derived identifiers, so that disclosure issue must be addressed before approval.

Notes:

  • This verdict was updated automatically after the outstanding correctness findings were resolved. Macroscope did not re-review the code.

You can add or adjust custom eligibility rules. Learn more.

* fix(server): HTML renders and PDFs load behind a proxy that forbids framing

Clients frame asset documents from the environment's origin, which is
often not their own. A reverse proxy that adds X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN
blanked every HTML render and PDF preview in that setup. Inline HTML and
PDF asset responses now carry `frame-ancestors *`, which browsers honour
in place of X-Frame-Options.
