Review comments at @apps/server/src/orchestration-v2/Adapters/AcpAdapterV2.ts:
- Line 2676: Initialize the child thread in emitSubagent from the normalized
task model rather than the raw update.model value, falling back to the existing
model selection when task.model is null. This keeps whitespace-only model values
from being retained by the child.
Review comments at @apps/server/src/orchestration-v2/Adapters/CodexAdapterV2.ts:
- Around line 2673-2675: Update the `thread/read` flow using
`decodeCodexChildThread` so it accepts a model only when the response thread ID
matches `input.nativeThreadId` and the model is nonblank; otherwise, or if the
read fails or decoding fails, fall back to `thread/resume` and decode its result
with `decodeCodexChildModel`.

Scheduled sync of 10 upstream commits (to b83d731). Upstream pingdotgg#15328 runs the browser on the environment server, which retires most of the fork's browser automation fixes: - Deleted as obsolete: background-tab snapshot capture, the compacted accessibility tree, the stuck-request globe watchdog and its pulse, and the "host is reconnecting" timeout message. - Ported: the broker grace that lets a host wait time out first now covers every timed preview tool, not only preview_wait_for, since one shared server host would otherwise be evicted for every thread. - Ported: snapshots leave out console.debug lines (ServerBrowser). - New: PreviewSessionsFeed keeps every thread's preview sessions in the store, so the sidebar globe and SettledPreviewReaper see threads that are not open (upstream removed the app-wide automation host that did). Fork adapter tests pass the crypto option upstream pingdotgg#14108 now requires. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(server): HTML renders and PDFs load behind a proxy that forbids framing Clients frame asset documents from the environment's origin, which is often not their own. A reverse proxy that adds X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN blanked every HTML render and PDF preview in that setup. Inline HTML and PDF asset responses now carry `frame-ancestors *`, which browsers honour in place of X-Frame-Options. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(server): desktop renderer may frame asset documents CSP's `*` matches only http(s) ancestors, so the desktop app's custom scheme origins are listed explicitly. Sub-agents in the new orchestrator can show "Not reported" even after their provider reports a model. Read Codex child metadata without resuming the child, with the existing lookup as a fallback for older Codex versions. Accept later model reports in Cursor and the shared ACP adapter while keeping known models when an update omits them.
Verified with 548 provider adapter tests, the shared tooltip tests, server typecheck, and targeted lint. Checked Claude, OpenCode, Pi, Grok, Antigravity, and registry ACP paths. Models that providers never report stay unknown; existing saved unknown models are not backfilled.
The after image renders the real tooltip component with isolated test data and the confirmed gpt-6-sol child model.
Model: GPT-6 Astra. Harness: Codex in T3 Code.
