fix(mobile): pinch zooms chat images on Android

@juliusmarminge Pinch-to-zoom on Android chat images doesn't work: the viewer's swipe-to-close scroll view takes the gesture, so only double tap zooms. I'd rather have pinch than swipe-to-close, so this turns swipe-to-close off. Images still close with the X button or back.
