Summary

Python Code node signature parsing can create phantom inputs when commas occur inside generic annotations or default expressions. It can also select a signature-looking example inside a Python string or docstring before the actual main definition.

The parser now ignores comments and string literals while locating main, finds the matching closing parenthesis, and splits parameters only at top-level commas while respecting nested delimiters and quoted values. Regression cases cover generic annotations, nested and comma-containing defaults, quoted examples in docstrings, and JavaScript template defaults.

Validation

• pnpm exec vitest run --project unit app/components/workflow/nodes/code/tests/code-parser.spec.ts — 47 passed.
• pnpm exec vp check app/components/workflow/nodes/code/code-parser.ts app/components/workflow/nodes/code/tests/code-parser.spec.ts — formatting, lint, and type checks passed.
• git diff --check — passed.
• The full Code node test directory has 6 panel test failures from an Invalid Hook Call in the shared React dependency tree. The same 6 failures reproduce on the PR base commit 9aebf35 without these changes.

LGTM on ed47b196. Verified nested annotations such as dict[str, str] and comma-containing typed defaults: regression cases fail on base and pass on this head, and all 47 parser tests pass.

One observed regression: function main({ pattern: pattern = /[(]/, text }) previously yielded ["pattern", "text"] but now yields [], causing the Panel callback to clear node inputs when applying generated code. This JavaScript edge case is accepted as non-blocking for this PR.
