Problem
Advanced-stdlib agent scan (2026-07-05) ran 80 open stdlib issues and 954 test/repro/maintainer_gap_*.php scripts on master. >95% repro green but issues remain OPEN with stale bodies (missing repro files, wrong Zend expectations, or fixed regressions).
