Follow-up to https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/26755. Fork PRs such as https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/26734 still never got the 📱 Native Change label. The label workflow found the PR with listPullRequestsAssociatedWithCommit, and for a fork commit that returns nothing. Every fork run logged Expected one open PR at <sha>; found 0. Skipping.

Both workflows that resolve a PR from a workflow_run now list open PRs with pulls.list filtered by head: <owner>:<branch>, which works for forks and same-repo PRs alike. The head SHA, ref, and repository checks are unchanged.

  • mobile-fingerprint-label.yml: the Native Change label.
  • desktop-macos-preview-publish.yml: preview:mac builds, which used the same lookup and so could never publish a fork PR's preview.

Verified against real run data: the payload of https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/26734's latest check run resolves to https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/26734 at its current head, and a same-repo PR (https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/26777) still resolves. No recent publish run for a fork preview was found to confirm the desktop half directly.

The commit-to-PR lookup returns nothing for fork commits, so every fork
run skipped with "found 0". List open PRs by head owner and branch
instead, which covers forks and same-repo PRs alike.

Approvability

A prior Macroscope approval was dismissed. Re-evaluating faad4a5…

Same commit-to-PR lookup as the Native Change label workflow, which
returns nothing for fork commits. List open PRs by head owner and branch.
