docs(t3code): note built-in model routing and title generation - #8073
Two paragraphs added to the T3 Code section of docs-site/src/content/docs/guides/integrations.md, documenting behaviour found while testing the T3 Code integration end to end. The test used a headless t3 serve with the exported providerInstances.opencodex entry. Kiro and a Claude subscription ran in parallel threads, and Codex threads were routed through CODEX_HOME.
Built-in model names. T3 Code lists its built-in Claude models under the opencodex instance too, beside the routed ones. Picking one sends the bare name (for example claude-sonnet-5), and opencodex routes it like any other request: to whichever configured provider claims that name. In the test that was Kiro, not the user's subscription. The integration can't hide these rows itself, because T3 Code stores per-instance model visibility in its client settings, not in the server's settings.json. So the docs tell users to pick the provider/model entries and hide the built-in rows in T3 Code's picker.
Title generation. T3 Code titles a thread with a separate model request. On the opencodex instance that request uses the thread's own model and asks for structured JSON output, so the routed provider has to support structured output. Codex threads use T3 Code's text-generation model setting, which is a native GPT model by default. When the title request fails, T3 Code keeps the first line of the message as the title, and the thread itself is unaffected.
It also corrects one stale statement in the model-routing guide, which the new paragraph links to. The guide said the built-in prefix matcher (claude-* → anthropic) does not skip a provider whose disabled flag is true, but routeByKnownModelPattern does skip it. The fix is applied to the English guide and all seven translations (fr, ja, ko, ru, tr, zh-cn, zh-tw).
The docs paragraphs are written so they stay correct whether or not those land: they describe the requirement, not Kiro's current behaviour.
The English page only adds paragraphs. The translated pages don't describe this behaviour, so nothing in them contradicts the change.

Review follow-ups (CodeRabbit):
The bare-name sentence now states the actual routing order and links the model-routing precedence: a provider's default model, then a configured Anthropic provider for claude-*, then a provider that lists the name.
The claude-* rule is stated precisely: it needs an enabled provider named anthropic or anthropic-*.
The linked model-routing guide said the prefix matcher does not skip a disabled provider, but routeByKnownModelPattern does. This is corrected in the English guide and all seven translations.

The behaviour described was observed live with T3 Code (t3 v0.1.5) against opencodex 2.94.0:
Title failures: T3 Code's title requests on a Kiro model failed with Kiro does not support Responses structured output, and the thread kept its first-line title.
Built-in name routing: a built-in claude-sonnet-5 picked under the opencodex instance was routed to Kiro (configured-model-list).
Codex titles: a Codex thread's title request went to the native gpt-5.6-luna.
Docs-only change, so the full suite was not run locally; CI covers it.

Summary by CodeRabbit
Documentation
Clarified that built-in Claude models appear under opencodex and follow normal provider routing when selected, while the T3 Code Claude instance remains separate. Routing checks for a matching default model, then an enabled Anthropic provider for Claude models, then a provider that lists the model.
Documented that opencodex title requests use the thread’s model and structured JSON output; Codex threads use T3 Code’s text-generation model setting. If title generation fails, the first message line is used without affecting the thread.
Clarified that built-in prefix matching skips disabled providers.
T3 Code lists its built-in Claude models under the opencodex instance too; picking one sends the bare name, which opencodex routes to whichever provider claims it. Title generation is a separate structured-output request on the thread's model (Claude) or T3 Code's text-generation model (Codex), and falls back to the message's first line when it fails.

Walkthrough
The documentation adds details about T3 Code’s built-in Claude routing and title generation. The model-routing guides in eight languages now state that built-in prefix matching skips providers marked disabled: true.

Summary
Claude model listing and thread titles docs-site/src/content/docs/guides/integrations.md
The guide documents built-in Claude model routing under opencodex, including provider selection and possible fallback to another provider. It distinguishes this path from T3 Code’s Claude instance. It also describes title-generation settings for opencodex and Codex threads, structured JSON output requirements, and the fallback title when a request fails.
The guides state that built-in prefix matching skips a matching provider when disabled is true, consistent with the documented defaultModel and models[] checks.

A bare built-in Claude name is not routed to whichever provider lists it: a provider's default model wins first, then the claude-* pattern to a configured Anthropic provider, then a models list. Link the model-routing precedence and describe when Kiro ends up serving it.

Review follow-up. The model-routing guide said the built-in prefix matcher does not filter a provider whose disabled flag is true, but routeByKnownModelPattern skips it, like the defaultModel and models[] scans. The T3 Code paragraph links this rule, so correct it in the English guide and all seven translations.

Summary
Two paragraphs added to the T3 Code section of
docs-site/src/content/docs/guides/integrations.md, documenting behaviour found while testing the T3 Code integration end to end. The test used a headlesst3 servewith the exportedproviderInstances.opencodexentry. Kiro and a Claude subscription ran in parallel threads, and Codex threads were routed throughCODEX_HOME.claude-sonnet-5), and opencodex routes it like any other request: to whichever configured provider claims that name. In the test that was Kiro, not the user's subscription. The integration can't hide these rows itself, because T3 Code stores per-instance model visibility in its client settings, not in the server'ssettings.json. So the docs tell users to pick theprovider/modelentries and hide the built-in rows in T3 Code's picker. It also corrects one stale statement in the model-routing guide, which the new paragraph links to. The guide said the built-in prefix matcher (

The English page only adds paragraphs. The translated pages don't describe this behaviour, so nothing in them contradicts the change.
