• Secret providers (feat(settings): add and list 1Password secret providers behind T3CODE_FEATURE_SECRETS pingdotgg/t3code#25709, fix(settings): servers check secret provider writes and keep unknown configs to themselves pingdotgg/t3code#27044) are cut, as you decided. The web settings page, dialog, route, nav and search entries, feature flag, and 1Password icon are gone. Contracts, shared serverSettings, and the server's secretProviders write check stay upstream's.
• Kept deleted: auth client metadata, untraced HTTP URLs, git metrics, telemetry startup hunks, client-runtime route preflight and silent-route backoff (fix(client): dead connection routes are probed 30x less often pingdotgg/t3code#27101), the session-state fetch retry (fix(client): retry the permissions check after a reconnect pingdotgg/t3code#27008), and heap attribution (feat(server): traces name what grew the heap, for ~0.3µs per span pingdotgg/t3code#27104).
• Fork-deleted files that upstream modified are now in sync-resolve-deleted.mjs.
• Separate commit: unexport GITLAB_MEDIA_MAX_BYTES. knip:check has failed on coder-only since Load GitLab merge request uploads through the workspace #276.

Verification

• Passed: pnpm test:coder (exit 0), every typecheck in AGENTS.md, knip:check, pnpm build, vp fmt --check on the changed files, and the sync.md section 5 and 6 checks.
• Live check passed on the local Coder harness (2.34.5 server, 2.25.3 CLI):
  • helper install over coder ssh and the RPCs;
  • assets, PDF, HTML and notebook previews;
  • a 1 MiB upload and socket reattach;
  • a fake Kilo agent turn calling t3_queue over the file bridge.
