Adds the compatibility notes for the pre-v1 renames that merged without their releases.md entries, so they could land in parallel instead of conflicting on the same lines:

• refactor(table)!: name path-based data file additions explicitly #2308 Transaction.AddFiles → AddDataFilesByPath (and its option/concurrency names)
• refactor(manifest)!: name manifest builder constructor explicitly #2314 NewManifestFile → NewManifestBuilder
• refactor(manifest)!: use explicit sequence number API names #2315 manifest sequence-number accessors and builder methods
• refactor(view,udf)!: make NewMetadataBuilder infallible #2316 infallible view/udf NewMetadataBuilder
• refactor(table)!: rename Metadata.Version to FormatVersion #2317 Metadata.Version() → FormatVersion()
• refactor(table)!: name snapshot ref type field before v1 #2319 SnapshotRef.SnapshotRefType → Type
• refactor(table)!: make SnapshotAsOf inclusive before v1 #2322 inclusive SnapshotAsOf
• fix(table)!: use canonical snapshot timestamp reserved key #2323 current-snapshot-timestamp-ms reserved key
