Follow upstream nightly https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/releases/tag/v0.1.7-nightly.20261101.4048, source 88f6113.

Reviewed all 908 upstream commits from v0.1.4-nightly.20261027.3796 (b88da91) to v0.1.7-nightly.20261101.4048 (88f6113). No new analytics, crash-reporting, trace or metrics exporter, telemetry SDK or external collection endpoint was added. Upstream added managed policies that can only turn product analytics and relay tracing off, desktop shell-consent gating for analytics, server-side npm release lookups that read public package metadata the web client already fetched, user-initiated triage that clones the public upstream source and asks before posting, more URL credential redaction, and desktop update-track switching with an optional administrator feed URL. None of these export private data, and fork update destinations are unchanged. Re-anchored the AnalyticsService no-op guard ahead of the new consent and policy reads, and the fixed T2 artifact name after upstream added afterPack. Re-anchored privacy tests after upstream changes: the browser-trace test import, the relay-span cases now that the bridge method is required, the analytics tests including new shell-consent and managed-policy cases that now expect nothing sent, and the private task-cache hook test after upstream deleted the native-runner test. Retired three release-CI repairs the pinned upstream now contains: the saved-usage clock pin and the desktop launch settings write, replaced upstream by a fixture that disables auto-settle. Kept the storage-cleanup Git 2.56 fix, prior security fixes, fork-owned privacy files, Linux x64/ARM64 packaging, dependency versions and lockfiles.

Application changes are limited to the recorded analytics patches and installer metadata. Full CI must pass before merging.

Two tests added upstream since v0.1.4-nightly.20261027.3796 expect data to
leave the machine, which the T2 privacy policy blocks. Test Server 2 failed
on both for 87a5d47.

"exports logged request failures without their connection tickets" expected
a redacted OTLP log export; T2 sends no server logs, so assert that the
logged failure produces no collector request. "a policy with telemetry off
stops relay tracing to T3 Connect" expected relay tracing with no policy;
T2 keeps relay tracing off either way, so assert it stays off with and
without a managed policy.

Both rules apply to the pinned upstream. All 102 test files in the
telemetry, observability, relay, policy and update areas pass locally
(693 tests), including these two.

CodeQL alert 153 flagged the agent-signing-failure regex, added upstream
since v0.1.4-nightly.20261027.3796. The regex restarts at every occurrence
of "sign_and_send_pubkey: signing failed for " and scans to the end of the
line each time, so a line that repeats the prefix is quadratic. V8's linear
fallback engine does not cover this pattern: 328 KB took 4.3 s and 820 KB
took 27.8 s. The message is SSH client output for a host the user chose, so
a hostile host could stall the server while classifying a failed login.

Match the two literal agent errors with includes, and scan each line once
from the first "for" prefix for " from agent:". 400,000 random token
strings classify the same as the old regex, 31,869 of them positive. The new
test, a 1.6 MB line of repeated prefixes, timed out at 60 s on the pinned
source and now passes with the other 16 SSH auth and tunnel tests.

Follow-up for 87a5d475:

The Test job failed three times on 23818e8, each time in "keeps workspace
PDF scroll and zoom after reloads", which hit the web browser project's
15 s limit while a PDF was still loading. Upstream added the test in this
sync (pingdotgg#25555) and runs its web suite in a separate job on 8-vCPU Blacksmith
runners. T2 runs it on standard ubuntu-24.04 runners, where the same test
passed in 12.0 s on 87a5d47 and then took over 15 s on slower machines;
the whole browser suite took 379 s on the passing runner and 520 s on a
failing one. The web sources were identical in all four runs.

Run the web package in its own step with --testTimeout=30000 and exclude it
from the shared step. Every web test still runs and must pass, and the job
and check names are unchanged. A 1 ms probe confirmed the flag reaches
vitest through vp run, and the full web suite passes locally.

CI control change in 7d9f5951: Test failed three times on 23818e80c, each time at the 15 s browser-test limit in the PDF test upstream added in this sync (pingdotgg#25555). Upstream runs its web suite on 8-vCPU runners; ours are standard ubuntu-24.04. The same test passed in 12.0 s on 87a5d475, and the web sources were identical in all four runs. The web package now runs as its own step in the same Test job with --testTimeout=30000. Every test still runs and must pass. No application code changed.
