fix(client-runtime): a thread keeps syncing after a stream defect - #31071
Mobile users reported that a main thread sometimes stops showing new messages while subagent threads keep updating, and that only killing the app brings it back.
A defect on a thread subscription, such as a frame that fails to decode, ended the subscription for good. subscribeDynamic failed the whole session-switching stream, so neither a reconnect nor a foreground wakeup restarted it. Each subagent screen mounts a fresh subscription, while the main thread's screen stays mounted with the dead one.
A subscription that reports defects through onDefect (today only the thread subscription) now parks until the next session or resubscribe, the same way handled domain failures already do. It still does not retry on a timer, so a defect that repeats cannot become a hot loop. Other subscriptions keep failing fast.
The existing defect test now asserts that the subscription stays alive and subscribes again on the next session. On main it fails because the subscription has already exited.
This does not identify what raised the defect for these users. That trigger is still unconfirmed.

A defect on a thread subscription (such as a frame that fails to decode)
ended the subscription for good. Reconnects and foreground wakeups never
restarted it, so a mounted thread stopped receiving new messages until
the app was killed. A subscription that reports its defects through
onDefect now parks until the next session or resubscribe instead.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Reported thread-stream defects now leave the subscription available to recover on reconnect or foreground resubscription rather than ending it permanently. Existing error reporting remains intact, and no timed retry loop is introduced.

When onDefect is configured, a subscription defect now ends the current stream without propagating the cause. The test verifies that the subscription remains active and resumes after a second session is installed.

onDefect documentation describes waiting for a later session or resubscription. When a caught cause contains a die and onDefect is configured, subscribeToSession returns an empty stream; other causes continue to the existing failure path. The test checks that the subscription remains active and evaluates its input again after a second session is installed.
pingdotgg/t3code#4589 — Both concern subscriptions that terminate and do not resume. This change handles reported defects; the issue describes a transport blip, which this change does not establish as fixed.
pingdotgg/t3code#23041 — The change updates subscription defect handling in the cited client-runtime path. The issue’s original trigger remains unconfirmed.

The test currently proves only that makeInput runs again and that the second RPC method is called. Because secondClient returns Stream.never, the test can pass even when the recovered stream never delivers data to its normal consumer. Emit a value from the second client and assert that the consumer receives it before interrupting the fiber.
