Direct project access — accepted stack, simple-v1 final disposition
Parent#1 approved simpler v1 on2026-10-11. Preserve source-accepted04a/04b1/04b2/04b3/04c1/04c2a/04c2b/04c3a/04c3b1/04c3b2 (PR19–28); latestexacthead2c2b81e1236e8c1c5e0cdeaf982e86295745e241/basec14c83d. Guessed-ID reads/mutations, cross-project references, raw owners, receipts, upload/launch admission, registered workspaces and PR read/cache guards remain.
Planned04c4 eleven final PR writes is superseded: resource-restricted connections cannot use general Git/PR/VCS tools in v1. Final denial and direct service/HTTP/WS proof belongs#6. No04c4 branch/session/PR needed. Internal checkpoint/history work for admitted coding runs remains supported; already accepted guards stay.
#5 remains OPEN until #6 final tool disposition plus this stack integrate and focused verification passes. Source acceptance is not merge/fullCI; no activation claim. No rollback of existing stack. Full scoped extra tools deferredv2.

Coordinator's three findings repaired: restricted catalog/config/refresh/subscription orchestration belongs to ProviderCatalog service with inherited owner fallback; normal public MCP authorization wrapper preserves cause; browser OAuth reloads current grant, approval and requested scopes after crypto immediately before code publication. Deferred crypto + real SQL restriction/scope/revocation cuts fail previous candidate and pass repair, with owner/browser/pairing controls. All17 affected tests pass, named server typecheck and touched format/lint/diff pass; three inherited touched ws warnings remain. Gate byte-identical/CLOSED. Original stage05 denial/basic-flow proof and inherited mode-only diff/raw cascade limits remain recorded.

Validation: 48 tests in six affected files, touched-file lint, server package typecheck and diff check pass. Gate remains closed. Restricted native workflows without registered ownership fail closed; whole-thread denial for inaccessible typed source refs is intentionally conservative.

Both blocking owner gaps fixed in shared ResourceAuthorization: actual app/node owners must resolve and be admitted, selected null/null/missing owner rows fail before JSON/importer/body materialization. Live provider ownerNodeId and sibling node/provider/provider-turn participants use registered associations before frames emit. Valid and malformed hidden/orphan bodies both deny by EnvironmentAuthorizationError; permitted controls pass.
Validation: affected ThreadReadAccess suite 11/11; touched two-file lint; named server package typecheck; git diff --check, all pass. Same PR, clean branch, ResourceGrantGuard CLOSED and unchanged. 04b/04c/05 not started. Updated external ticket-04a-handoff.md and ticket-04a-audit.md; awaiting coordinator source review. 04b1 source review at 7886075: one confirmed blocker before04b2. An A rejected receipt can retain a B-source projection error from the original cross-thread command. Reusing commandId with an allowed A-only command returns that old hidden B identifier. Real SQL/Orchestrator probe reproduced the leak.
Requested narrow fix in existing PR20/session: generic historical rejection detail or conservative denial when original sources cannot be admitted; cover original and competing rejected receipt paths, retain unrestricted diagnostics and own-A controls. No filesystem sandbox or harness restrictions. User accepts trusted harness disk access; this concerns T3 session visibility only.

Regression creates the actual trusted B-to-A merge-back rejection from malformed B, then replays it from restricted A. Tests cover message/serialized error privacy, competing insert milestones, direct service returned receipt privacy, permitted own-A action/rejection and trusted/unrestricted preservation. Focused98 tests pass; four touched-file lint, named server typecheck, targeted fmt/diffcheck pass. Existing warning/suggestions only.

Claim stat/copy and managed-folder provisioning currently hold SQLite transaction/shared SQL semaphore across filesystem/Git I/O, blocking other sessions on a slow disk/Git operation (overview.md requires I/O outside database transactions). Requested narrow same-session/PR21 repair: complete SQL admission, release transaction, then run guarded lazy file/folder effect. Keep all existing pre-effect authority/receipt/source checks and cleanup; no new locks/framework/sandbox.

Branchaccess/04b2-launch-admission.Pure command/source/receipt admission now releases its SQL transaction before lazy pending-file/stat/copy work. Launch folder/Git work also runs outside the transaction, with the current admission immediately before it. Existing per-operation checks, claim cleanup, uninterruptible copy registration and preparation boundaries are preserved. No new locking or durable authority mechanism.
New real-SQL instrumentation fails on the old source and passes after the fix: stat/copy and external/trusted folder calls have no active transaction connection and can complete fresh SQL reads. All 98 tests pass across the same six focused suites; named server typecheck and three-path lint pass, no new warnings. No timeout/sleep/poll tests or providers/dev/UI sessions.
Coordinator reviewed original04b2 with Standards1(P2 SQL transaction I/O), Spec0. This repair awaits exact-source re-review. Issue #5 remains OPEN; no merge/restack/04b3 or other slice started; production gate CLOSED unchanged. Existing omissions, including durable background lifecycle08, remain. Refs #5/#1.
