release-notesskill. Patch release, infrastructure only: winget publishing (Add winget manifest publishing workflow #187) + Dependabot (chore: configure Dependabot for NuGet and SDK updates #176).Winget manifest schema 1.12.0 — bumped the three
winget/*.template.yamlfiles from1.10.0to the current winget-pkgs schema1.12.0(ManifestVersion+yaml-language-serverschema URLs). No required-field changes between 1.10→1.12. Regenerated manifests validate clean (winget validate→ succeeded).The v0.11.3 tag/release is published and the winget-pkgs submission PR is microsoft/winget-pkgs#391648.
