📖 Description

This adds the first manifest for MAUI Sherpa, an open-source desktop app
(macOS, Windows, Linux) that helps .NET MAUI developers manage their development
environment from one place — Android SDK packages, emulators & keystores, Apple
Developer tools, environment diagnostics (MAUI Doctor), DevFlow app inspection,
and GitHub Copilot integration.
