• Master’s committed gen-0 lowering stamp (99ee2049… from Trust: restamp gen-0 lowering fingerprint after #22239 drift (#10533) #22246) no longer matched live lib/+ext/+patches/ after php-in-php: StringStrcoll NestedJIT → JitVmHelperLink::ensureCompiled (#22256) #22257 / Stdlib: pgsql legacy PHP_FALIAS aliases (#22219) #22259 / Stdlib: ReflectionGenerator::isClosed() for PHP 8.4 (#22242) #22260 landed.
• north-star5-verify step 4f-m failed → user_release_ready: no (Pillar 1).
• Provenance restamp only (Trust pattern as Trust: restamp gen-0 lowering fingerprint after #22239 drift (#10533) #22246 / Foundation: restamp inventory + gen-0 fingerprint after DOMXPath text() (#22203) #22206) so prelinked sidecar reuse (Bootstrap: bootstrap-selfhost-helloworld hangs/OOM on native emit helper link (compile_driver #3032) #9704) stays valid.

Superseded: #22261 already restamped gen-0 to live fingerprint e6505c37…. After rebase this PR only bumped generated_at — closing as no-op.
