…ated-docs.sh (#15621) Bundles capability-matrix --check, capability-syntax --check, bootstrap-inventory --check and a composer-binary-free lock content-hash check (Locker::getContentHash replication) into one standalone pre-merge gate. Adds
script/check-generated-docs.sh: a standalone < 30 s pre-merge drift gate bundlingphp script/capability-matrix.php --checkphp script/capability-syntax.php --checkphp script/bootstrap-inventory.php --checkphp script/check-composer-lock-hash.php(new; replicatesComposer\Package\Locker::getContentHashso no composer binary needed)Runs all checks (no fail-fast) and reports each, so one run shows every drift.
Verified on master state: 21.8 s wall; correctly flags all three currently-live drifts (#15619 capabilities + inventory, #15620 lock hash) and exits 1; individual OK lines for in-sync docs.
Intended to become the first step of the fast gate and the mandatory pre-merge one-liner for docs-only/advertisement PRs (doc wiring can follow up in the #15622 skills PR).
