Summary

• php-in-php: JIT RewriteVarsRuntime — route output_add_rewrite_var through VmWeb PHP not LLVM globals (#1492) #9477: Delete phpc_rewrite_vars LLVM global hashtable from RewriteVarsRuntime; AOT standalone now compiles OutputRewriteVarsJitHelper like JIT embed (~94 LLVM lines removed).
• php-in-php: JIT StringHttpBuildQuery — route http_build_query() through VmHttpBuildQuery PHP not ~380-line LLVM (#1492) #9443 follow-up: Split StringHttpBuildQueryStandaloneLlvm for AOT standalone link — HashTable iterateKeyed does not compile in nested standalone JIT yet; JIT embed path still uses HttpBuildQueryJitHelper PHP.
