AOT smoke follow-up after #10498: skip broken standalone JIT bridges (#10525)

Summary

• Confirms Revert resolveJitBranchEntryBlock on master (ObGzhandler JUMPIF regression) #10525 core task is already on master via Fix AOT smoke: nested JIT helper compile isolation (#10343) #10498 (dae90c635): resolveJitBranchEntryBlock removed, NestedJitCompileScope present.
• Attempts to restore examples-aot-smoke on current master by:
  • Skipping UndefinedVariableRuntime::ensureStandaloneBodies (AOT-safe UndefinedVariableJitHelper guards without broken LLVM bridge (#10360) #10524 interim)
  • Inline standalone echo dispatch in ValueEchoHelper (avoid ValueEchoRuntime type bridges during AOT)
  • Reverting php-in-php: ErrorRaise/TypeErrorRaise pending buffer via JIT helpers (#9778) #10520 ErrorRaise/TypeErrorRaise nested JIT helpers (broken has_pending i64→i32 bridge)
  • Reverting Shrink ListUnpackRuntime via JitVmHelperLink (#10266) #10539 ListUnpackRuntime shrink (testing isolation)

Result (2026-06-22): still fails on 000-HelloWorld — LLVM verify: ret %__string__* … i1 (2 functions). Passing baseline remains pre-squash PR tip 4f1caf796.
