Docs: GETTING-STARTED.md presenter script — AOT execute no longer partial (#764)

Problem

docs/GETTING-STARTED.md still tells presenters that native AOT execute for MiniWebApp is partial (#1044). #764 ✅ closed: home, hello PATH_INFO, contact POST, and api/status execute under AOT + CGI.

Demo audiences get a weaker story than examples/003-MiniWebApp/README.md and development-status.md already show.

Goal

Update the five-minute presenter script:

1. VM path — phpc serve examples/003-MiniWebApp (unchanged, primary dev)
2. AOT path — add phpc build --project, phpc run --project --cgi-env-file …, optional phpc serve --aot when LLVM present
3. Remove "partial AOT" wording; footnote layout-edge bisect (North Star 1: layout-edge AOT bisect ladder (post-#764, not blocking #1044 close) #1750) as non-blocking polish
4. Cross-link Docs: Sync North Star 1 status — README, #1044, development-status.md (#764 closed) #1525 (root README) and Examples: Sync examples/README.md run matrix after #764 close #1531 (examples README) for same PR bundle

Acceptance criteria

• GETTING-STARTED.md has no "partial" / "blocked AOT: MiniWebApp native binary CLI execute emits empty stdout (post-link) #764" claims for 003 execute
