feat(cloud): desktop and mobile show every PR a cloud workspace's box linked - #8731
Conversation
… linked cloudWorkspace.pullRequests returns, per visible cloud workspace, every PR in cloud_workspace_pull_requests joined with github_pull_requests, plus the PR on cloud_workspaces.branch for boxes that have not reported yet. Open ones come first, then the newest link, so index 0 is the one to badge. Desktop's sidebar (both modes), cloud list, record and task pages and mobile's home list read it instead of getByBranches keyed by the creation branch, which missed every PR an agent opened after moving branch. Hover cards and the list badge show the full list. The query sits under cloudWorkspace, so the cloud_workspaces nudge sent when a box reports a new link refetches it on both apps. getByBranches stays for released clients.

[Medium impact] The changes reach cloud workspace pull-request displays across desktop and mobile. Fix the mobile badge's repository before merging; it can open an unrelated PR. FindingsFix with agent prompt### Issue 1
apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/(home)/home/HomeScreen.tsx:575
The row now picks a PR from any workspace repository, but its button still builds the link from the primary repository. When a secondary repository's PR ranks first, tapping the badge opens that PR number in the primary repository instead. Users can see an unrelated PR or fail to open the intended one. Build the button's owner and repository from `pullRequest.repoFullName`.
### Issue 2
apps/desktop/src/renderer/routes/_authenticated/_dashboard/components/DashboardSidebar/components/DashboardSidebarCloudSection/DashboardSidebarCloudSection.tsx:186-190
The sidebar no longer uses the open box's live branch to find its PR. For an older box that has not reported links, moving off its creation branch now removes an existing badge: the new fallback only searches `cloudWorkspaces.branch`. Keep the live-branch lookup as a fallback until the box has reported its PRs. The inline sidebar rows have the same issue.
### Issue 3
packages/trpc/src/router/cloud-workspace/pull-requests.ts:182-183
An unlinked branch fallback gets `linkedAt: null`, which this sort treats as newer than every recorded link. When an open fallback PR and a different open linked PR coexist, the fallback always wins the badge, even when the linked PR is newer. Rank fallback rows after dated links within the same state, and add a test with a distinct fallback PR.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Sort ranks the unlinked branch-fallback PR above every linked PR.
Branch-fallback rows have linkedAt: null. The comparator maps null to Number.POSITIVE_INFINITY. When the fallback PR and a linked PR are both open, the fallback PR therefore sorts first.
The fallback PR is the one on the creation branch cloud_workspaces.branch. docs/cloud-sandbox-mismatches.md says an agent moves off that branch. That PR is the likely stale one. The sidebar badge and the mobile row both take element [0]. They would show the stale creation-branch PR instead of the newest linked PR.
The PR objectives and the docs both say "newest link first". Rank an unlinked row after linked rows of the same state. The Infinity - Infinity result is NaN, which is falsy, so || still falls through to updatedAt. If ranking the fallback first is intended, add a comment that says so.

…t a poll The 30s poll made the nudges pointless. A new pull_requests nudge kind is sent when a box reports a new link, when a GitHub webhook writes a PR that some cloud workspace links or sits on the branch of, and after each GitHub sync. Both apps refetch only cloudWorkspace.pullRequests on it and no longer poll. Released clients drop kinds they do not know. cloudWorkspace.pullRequests takes `archived` with the same filter as cloudWorkspace.list (now shared as isListed), so the sidebar and active list never carry archived history, and archived views, including an archived workspace's record page, still get their PRs.
