Report

  • Changed: GET /api/hq/v1/goals, POST /api/hq/v1/goals and POST /api/hq/v1/goals/:goalId/tasks moved verbatim from api.rs to hq_routes::handle(). Ownership test in hq_routes::route matches exact method and exact segments (no prefix/method wildcard). Spec: .pa/task_arch10c.md (15 lines).
  • Candidate: 3d691df45762660422def4e14bed905edb4c82b1 (remote branch head, verified with git ls-remote).
  • Size: 3 files, 95 insertions + 78 deletions = 173 diff lines (limit 300), 3 routes.
  • Test policy: No-Test, purely mechanical move; existing target-API tests cover behaviour and route order; no tests changed.
  • Evidence (head-bound): 2026-10-03 21:48 CEST, worktree srv-arch10c-hq-goals, clean, HEAD == remote == 3d691df, CARGO_BUILD_JOBS=1, own target dir, no CARGO_PROFILE_*. Command: bash scripts/ci/gates.sh lane prepush run in the foreground with its exit status captured directly (no pipe) → exit 0, 66 s (gates: selftest-secrets, script-modes, red-first-plan, fmt, typecheck, lint, fe-test, hq-test, clippy, rust-suite all green; 1705 tests run, 1705 passed, 7 skipped). Log: server-local, arch10c-prepush-3d691df.log. HEAD, clean tree and remote head re-checked unchanged after the run; no source bytes modified.
  • Historical, not head-bound: an earlier full prepush run (157 s, exit 0) happened before the commit while HEAD was 277a79d with a dirty tree. The following commit/push used tail, so the push exit code was not established; the remote head matching 3d691df was observed via ls-remote. The earlier run is therefore not counted as proof for this candidate. Secret scan ran in the precommit hook at commit time (known, not re-run here).
  • NICHT ABGEDECKT: #[cfg(windows)] tests (run_in_pty, npm_shim, ConPTY, DPAPI) and Windows clippy arms (Windows lane runs in the merge queue); browser smoke, frontend build and workflow gates of the linux lane; state of external services; no runtime check of the running app, no GUI/QA.
  • Review: two independent vendor reviews accepted for this unchanged candidate; see coordinator disposition below.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Review disposition — Tier A, round 1 (coordinator)

Bound to candidate 3d691df45762660422def4e14bed905edb4c82b1 against base 277a79d5bcc196b6dfa3dfc859105b73c98c5a59, accepted by the coordinator on 2026-10-03 22:05 CEST. No source changes followed either review.

  • Independent reviewer 1: OpenAI GPT-6 Astra, high, actual native Codex turn_context dated 19:46:33Z, ChatGPT subscription. Complete read-only report in task d712fb53-9cfb-4381-9e1e-8cba29e36c86 was inspected by the coordinator: ACCEPT, no confirmed new defect. Exact 78-line equality, ownership/fallthrough, validation/default/backend mapping and unchanged outer/scoped authority were checked at the immutable candidate.
  • Independent reviewer 2: Z.ai GLM 5.2, actual assistant export provider opencode-go / model glm-5.2, subscribed OpenCode Go. Complete round-1 report inspected in the same review session ses_efcb13143ffeftvZ7QBJtMTKJA: APPROVE, no confirmed new defect. The initial run ended without final answer; the same session supplied only its final report, with no repeated source investigation or second review round. Finalization direct exit 0. Earlier git command exit codes were not separately captured and are not retroactively asserted.
  • Accepted new findings: none. Rejected hypotheses: broadened ownership, changed fallthrough, validation/default drift and authority bypass were refuted by fixed-source comparisons and entry-path checks.
  • INFO F5: the inspected literal-path tests cover the two POST arms but did not establish success-path coverage for GET goals. This is a baseline coverage limitation, not an introduced regression or merge blocker. String search does not establish absence of dynamically constructed-path tests; no exhaustive coverage claim is made and no mandatory mirrored test is added.
  • Review report metadata correction: native Go quota at 22:03 was 5% session / 2% weekly / 44% monthly. The GLM report's '44 weekly' is a transcription error, not the observed quota.
  • Full head-bound author prepush: direct exit 0, 66 s, clean own worktree before/after, candidate and remote unchanged; Linux Rust summary 1705 passed / 7 skipped. The earlier 157 s pre-commit run remains historical only.
  • Both independent vendors are different from the Claude author. No HIGH finding and no second round requested. Coordinator accepts the mechanical No-Test rationale within the inspected scope and releases this unchanged candidate for CI and the Mergify queue.

NICHT ABGEDECKT: reviews are static source inspections, with graph project/generation/coverage unknown. Reviewers ran no tests/builds/gates and observed no GUI/runtime. Author prepush covers Linux only; Windows-specific tests/clippy await the actual merge-queue Windows lane. Browser smoke/frontend build/workflow checks await the full Linux CI lane. No external-service or release verification. A PR Windows success is a stub, not the Windows queue verdict.

Move GET/POST /api/hq/v1/goals and POST /api/hq/v1/goals/:id/tasks
from api.rs into hq_routes::handle() unchanged, with exact method and
segment matches in the ownership test.

No-Test: purely mechanical move; existing goal API tests cover the
behaviour and arm order.

P1 Badge Stelle den erforderlichen No-Test-Trailer wieder her
