Compare thread counts only where einfold ran every fold in both runs - #124
Nothing changes for users. The simulation's [threads] check stops reporting runs where einfold handed a fold to DataFusion's own plan because memory ran short.
A clean 30-minute soak of main after #113 (run 41005507728, filed as #123) ran about 500,000 cases and reported 5 [threads] failures, each a difference in a sum's last bit. All five had a small memory pool. In each, the first run of einfold computed every fold itself. The second run, on another number of partitions, ran short of memory, and EinFoldExec, einfold's execution operator, handed its fold to the host's plan (host_plans=1 in its metrics), as it is designed to. DataFusion's float sums depend on the partitions, so the bits differ, but neither run's difference is einfold's.
Decisions to review
[threads] now compares only where the second run also has no host plan, or the values are exact (run_case). Exact values' sums are the same in any order, so they keep the check wherever the sums were done. The alternative was to run the second session without a memory pool. That would also stop checking that einfold's own kernels give the same bits under memory pressure when they don't run short.
A question for the maintainer, not decided here. The design says einfold is "deterministic where einfold runs", and these runs weren't einfold's. Still, with the memory fallback, a query's bits now depend on how much memory was free when it ran, which can vary between two runs on the same thread count. Is that the intended reading of the principle, or should the fallback be reported, say in EXPLAIN ANALYZE or a log line, so users know a run's bits weren't einfold's?
Invariants the tests check
All five seeds from the run pass. Locally, they failed on main and passed with the change, and in each the second run's plan showed host_plans=1. 5,000 fresh cases starting at the failing seeds' regions pass.

Walkthrough
The [threads] simulation property now compares results across thread settings when the alternate run succeeds and either uses no host folds or produces exact values. Its description states this comparison rule.

Summary
Host-routed result guard crates/einfold-datafusion/tests/simulation.rs
The property description limits comparisons based on where sums are computed and whether values are exact. The thread check now retains the run result and compares successful runs when no host folds ran or when values are exact.
Issue 112 — The issue reports simulation-soak property failures that include host-plan fallback cases. This change adjusts the comparison for those cases.
Issue 123 — The issue reports five simulation-soak failures. This change adjusts the comparison that rejected cases where the second run used a host-plan fallback.

Users install einfold for Python with a plain `pip install
"einfold[datafusion]"`, without `--pre`, once this merges and
`python-v0.1.0` is tagged on it.
[xarray-sql](https://github.com/xqlsystems/xarray-sql), an XQL Systems
project that queries Xarray datasets with SQL, accepted 0.1.0rc2, so
this sets the version in `python/pyproject.toml` from `0.1.0rc2` to
`0.1.0`. The code is the same as rc2's, plus the fixes since then: #122
(a test for #66), #124 (a test's thread counts) and #125 (the Rust
crates' packaging).
## Decisions to review
- **The READMEs drop `--pre`, and keep `--upgrade`, so the command
replaces an installed release candidate** ([`README.md`](README.md),
[`python/README.md`](python/README.md)). The top README now says 0.1 is
released, from Python and from Rust, since the crates are on crates.io
as 0.1.0.
- **The classifier stays `Development Status :: 3 - Alpha`.** einfold
detects a limited set of shapes, and Windows isn't supported yet (#118).
