What: Recover the Chromeria iOS identity onto delivered main at candidate 24a95b011e9aee4b72eac9ab3dc4f78d20fbc59a for today's TestFlight catch-up.
Why: PR371 integrated upstream mobile changes, but the original PR209 identity topic was never merged, so the canonical script cannot generate the intended artifact from main.
So what: Fresh exact-head review and CI precede the authorized merge, then the #370 coordinator freezes the actual merged SHA for native verification, Xcode archive/sign/export and internal TestFlight delivery.

Closes #205. Issue370 owns current delivery; completed desktop/server acceptance is preserved. The user explicitly authorizes routine in-scope reviewed source fixes, merge and internal upload now. No public release or tester/account changes.

Eight-file topic on exact base 1d6372d230c8d144205ca7432f62233c2265e943: fork-owned identity module and tests, small app-config hooks, original opaque iOS artwork/brand path, current Fork Stack Model registration and map. No package version bump or runtime/server/provider change.

With CHROMERIA_MOBILE=1: Chromeria identity, md.toolbox.chromeria.mobile, team MCBD97AVW6, environment build number, existing t3code scheme; OTA disabled, upstream owner/EAS project removed. Final original209 optional Clerk/relay configuration is preserved, including revert2f7f1da. The clean canonical build has none configured; no new native Apple/passkey promise. Existing reduced-capability signing path stays.

Original209 head 2f7f1da865c024373c01a75efdd0ba329cc7a0c5 is preserved in pushed annotated tag pre-mobile-209-2026-10-16. Parent verified live main and original branch, then updated only this PR branch with an exact lease against that old head. Main is unchanged. Obsolete divergent ancestry was excluded; the complete final identity topic was retained.

Proof on exact committed bytes:50 focused tests, affected mobile typecheck, scoped lint/format, six real Expo flag-off byte-equivalence comparisons, two canonical flag-on cases and Fork Stack Model108 merge-free topics/42owners. Parent verified8 source digests and6 proof-log digests. Build-number regression now rejects0/000. Fresh exact-candidate review/CI remain pending. Preliminary1d simulator proof and236 mobile/shared tests do not establish a final signed artifact.

Remaining delivery gates: exact merged SHA/native-client fingerprint and simulator proof; canonical unique-build-number archive/export; immutable archive/IPA digests and bundle/team/build/OTA checks; upload receipt; ASC VALID, encryption and existing internal group availability. No archive/upload claimed yet.

Requirements and who asked: User requests today's missing reviewed native-mobile/TestFlight delivery now, permits routine reviewed fixes and merge, and requires exact source, retained desktop/server delivery, private evidence and honest Observer reporting.
Deleted: Old divergent ancestry, duplicate PR, silent clone overlay, superseded Connect stripping, package version bumps, public release and tester additions.
Bottleneck: Fresh review/CI of recovered identity, then final native/artifact proof and ASC processing/internal availability.
Checked myself: Complete candidate and original209 topic/final rationale,8 source/6 log digests, live main/branch/tag lease result, real resolved-config proof and isolated preliminary native observations.

Implementation: Prism-selected GPT-6.1 Sol through Codex in T3 Code; review is an independent T3 task and parent owns delivery.

Independent review (GPT-6 Luna) on c9c407fe: no blocking findings for TestFlight; flag-off configs match upstream byte-for-byte, updates disabled, EAS metadata removed, fork-check OK. Findings:

  • P2 Clerk/relay could leak from a build machine's env into the Chromeria variant: fixed in the next commit (apps/mobile/chromeria.ts strips extra.clerk and extra.relay; verified with expo config: flag on → neither key, flag off → both, updates enabled).
  • P2 CHROMERIA_MOBILE=1 also rebrands Android: accepted; the flag is only set by the iOS TestFlight script, and an Android Chromeria build would want the same identity.
  • P2 Personal Team mode keeps aps-environment from expo-notifications: accepted; TestFlight builds sign with the paid team and builds 1 and 2 were accepted, and the plugin order is upstream's.

Restore the final PR209 identity topic, including optional Connect settings, without carrying its old base history. Reject zero upload build numbers and prove resolved-config parity with the switch off.

What: Independent round2 source review APPROVES exact24a95b011e9aee4b72eac9ab3dc4f78d20fbc59a.
Why: The recovered final209 identity resolves the missing Chromeria build prerequisite without importing obsolete history or changing runtime/shared behavior.
So what: Parent checks current CI and fresh main before the authorized merge; native signed-artifact/TestFlight gates remain separate.

Reviewer: GPT-6.1 Sol/high, Codex through T3. Verdict relayed unchanged: “APPROVE source at exact 24a95b011e9aee4b72eac9ab3dc4f78d20fbc59a. The round-1 P1 is resolved by this candidate. No supported blocking code finding remains in the inspected identity/configuration recovery and its integration with the accepted absorption source. This is a source verdict, not native UI, signing, merge-readiness, IPA or TestFlight acceptance.”

Full eight-file delta, original209 topic/final Connect revert and relevant config/build/runtime consumers inspected. Reviewer independently verified eight source and six retained log digests, complete binary delta, raw real-Expo flag-off equivalence and canonical flag-on outputs, exact native ancestry/108 commits/no merges and diff-check. Retained50-test and scoped lint/format/typecheck/Fork Stack proof was inspected; tests/typecheck/native build were not rerun by reviewer. Empty typecheck stdout alone is not an independent exit receipt. Optional Connect behavior is retained; OTA/EAS ownership is removed only in the explicit Chromeria variant. No additional code correction or optional cleanup requested.

Remaining gates: current-candidate CI, actual merged source/native fingerprint, generated Chromeria workspace/scheme, primary Device-panel proof, Xcode archive/export/signature/profile/IPA digest, upload and ASC VALID/encryption/internal tester availability. Original1d native observations cannot prove a candidate production artifact. Existing desktop/server acceptance remains unchanged.

Requirements and who asked: User requires independent mobile/shared review and exact intended merged source for today's authorized internal TestFlight catch-up.
Deleted: Old-head approval transfer, stale Connect stripping, unrelated ancestry and treating config/typecheck as native artifact proof.
Bottleneck: Current CI and final exact-source native/artifact delivery.
Checked myself: Parent read the complete independent report, complete candidate delta and bound proof manifest; reviewer inspected source/consumers, original topic and actual retained proof with stated limits.

What: Cost coverage for PR209 is partial, and its task cost is currently unknown.
Why: Supported Observer sync/task export places none of the selected responses on PR209; its renderer incorrectly turns that unresolved ownership into $0.00 and “Evidence complete.”
So what: The misleading generated zero report is withheld; the private dry-run is retained and Observer #58 owns the attribution/completeness gap. The existing PR371 outcome report will be refreshed after mobile delivery with explicit exclusions.

At the 2026-10-16 11:29 UTC cutoff, the selected context contains1362 recorded responses across16 sessions:0 attributed to209,911 unresolved shared responses,451 placed on other PRs and excluded. This context is not PR209 spend. No API-equivalent task subtotal, native reported cost or actual subscription spending is established. No session ownership was manually reassigned, no rate was invented and no Observer code changed. Pricing/model coverage for an empty attributed set cannot establish a complete or zero-cost outcome. Task-scoped elapsed time is not established; the renderer's whole-context14h is not used.

Snapshot6e1ec4d3ad1fe16baec502a0997ab42ac5da43f2f2acdcd5f2675705e082e48d; selected exact-model rate schedule510e95c496c5a37477f1162a29e2610f559162283b7ab6e6f683ed19d9f05b25 asof2026-10-15. Rates do not resolve absent ownership. Cross-machine coverage will be separately inspected at final sync; SSH commands do not relocate model usage.

Requirements and who asked: User requires readable honest task-scoped reporting, unknown rather than invented complete cost, and no manual ownership bookkeeping.
Deleted: Publishing a false complete zero, whole-context spend or elapsed time as this PR's cost, and attribution/rate changes under this task.
Bottleneck: Existing Observer ownership/completeness defect, tracked in #58; it does not block authorized source/native delivery.
Checked myself: Supported sync, exact task JSON and sanitized publish dry-run, disjoint counts and unchanged supported measurement semantics.
