Part of #5060. The implementation is already on main (#5332, #5381, #5478); this re-runs
test_model_link_xctl_4956.py(passes) and re-checks the burned-estate reach against the six burned corpora, recording the result indocs/language_status/register/X39.md. Docs only, no parser change, no golden bless.Checklist: done [c:a309a78e]
Sibling gaps: a value derived from a DTO field (suffixed String, sum) is untraceable and passes as new (frontier, no burned program needs it); copy vs same storage needs a real z/OS run (stays REFUSED, second checkbox).
