Option table for LE runtime, Db2 precompile/bind and CICS region options (#4704) #4707
Description
Follow-up to #4704 slice 1 (the estate options file records LE, Db2 and CICS options with provenance; nothing acts on them yet).
Option table, with the same four answers per row as the compiler options (changes results? cobc honours? det behaviour? else refused by name / declared difference):
- Language Environment: STORAGE (heap / stack init: what uninitialised WORKING-STORAGE holds), TRAP, ABTERMENC (abend behaviour), the CEEOPTS / CEEUOPT source.
- Db2 precompile and bind: DATE / TIME format (ISO / USA / EUR / JIS / LOCAL: every date string), DEC(15 / 31), DECPT, SQLCCSID / CCSID, ISOLATION, CURRENTDATA.
- CICS: translator options, region code page (SIT / LOCALCCSID), the abend and EIB conventions the ports rely on.
Slice 1 found none of the LE options in any burned corpus (all assumed: IBM default), and Db2 DATE/TIME/DEC/DECPT assumed everywhere; ISOLATION / CURRENTDATA / DYNAMICRULES / VALIDATE / EBCDIC CCSID found for GenApp, CBSA (ISOLATION UR), CardDemo (sample bind). The files are tests/equivalence/estate_options/<corpus>.json.
Calibration hook (#4702 part 2): the z/OS probe corpus must run under the same effective options, so measured IBM results are tied to the options they hold under.

Closing: the option table now covers all three groups — LE (slice 1), Db2 precompile/bind (#6182) and CICS region/program-definition values (#6192) — each with the four answers per row, syntax judged and refused by name. The calibration hook belongs to #4702 part 2.
