Issue
Fixes Expensify#80146
Problem
When assigning a card already assigned on another feed, a generic error
message was displayed instead of the expected specific message.
Solution
Updated the
cardAlreadyAssignedErrorstring insrc/languages/en.tsto match the expected copy.
Scope
UI-only change. No server-side or validation logic modified.
