rainix now installs .staged-config/ itself and runs extra regeneration only from the regenerate-command input (rainlanguage/rainix#433). Drop build.sh's install block and pass build.sh as regenerate-command. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follows rainlanguage/rainix#433, which makes rainix the sole installer of
.staged-config/and runs a repo's extra regeneration only from the newregenerate-commandinput.script/build.sh: drop the.staged-config/install block. rainix installs it before this runs, so the block's missing-dir check would exit 1.
