rainlanguage/rainix#433 makes rainix-copy-artifacts always install
.staged-config/. This repo'sscript/build.shonly did that install, so it is deleted, with itsfs_permissionsread entry infoundry.toml(the pinned rain-deploy sol-v0.1.29 never reads it). Noregenerate-commandis passed.QA
