t3_thread_send to a completed child now starts a separate task and returns its taskId. The adapter stays correct, so no plugin change.
T3 now gives a follow-up send to a finished delegated child its own taskId and wakes the parent when it ends. Release 0.1.8.

33806e7to57b3780(4 commits touching contract files) and adopts the one new capability. Release 0.1.8.Breaks a mapping

t3_thread_sendto a finished delegated child now starts a fresh task in that child thread, returns itstaskId, and wakes the parent when it ends (fix(server): track resumed subagent follow-ups as separate tasks pingdotgg/t3code#17696). The adapter's Subagents table now allows a send to a finished child for upstream's narrow case (state that lives in that child, such as uncommitted changes in its worktree), not only to a live one. It also says to record the follow-uptaskId. A new round is still a newdelegate_task.Irrelevant to the skills
