Keep the lock until the open attempt is confirmed.

If the parent is delayed for 300 ms after the readiness message, the child releases the lock before the client opens. The test can then pass on the unfixed code. Replace the timer with coordination that confirms the open attempt occurs while the lock is held.

As per coding guidelines, “A test that needs a timeout to pass is wrong.”

Review comment at @packages/shared/src/nodeSqliteClient.test.ts at line 213:
Replace the fixed delay before db.close() with explicit coordination that
confirms the client’s open attempt occurs while the lock is still held; release
the lock only after that confirmation. Ensure the test does not depend on a
timeout to pass.

After applying the fix, consider running `coderabbit review --agent` for local
review. Visit https://docs.coderabbit.ai/cli?utm_source=ghpr

Require the child’s readiness signal.

If the child exits before acquiring the lock, its stdout can be empty. Stream.runHead then returns Option.none, which this test ignores, so the query can pass without testing contention. Assert that the expected readiness message was received. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @packages/shared/src/nodeSqliteClient.test.ts at line 217:
Update the test around Stream.runHead(holder.stdout) to assert that the child’s
expected readiness message was received; fail the test if the result is
Option.none so the query cannot pass without verifying lock contention.
