fix(web): guests can clear messages the owner did not send - #27720
When the owner dismisses a guest's message, it stays at the end of the guest page as "Not sent" for the rest of the tab's session, even after a reload, and nothing lets the guest remove it. Every dismissal adds another, so they pile up. Fixes#27719.
Change
The guest page keeps a message on screen while its id is in awaitingRowIds, and an id only leaves when the message's transcript row arrives. A dismissed message never gets a row, so it stayed forever.
Dismissed messages now show a small × next to "Not sent". Clicking it dispatches a new local message-cleared event to the guest stream reducer, which drops that id from awaitingRowIds. The set is already saved to sessionStorage, so the message stays gone after later view updates and reloads. Pending and sent messages are unchanged, and the owner's side is unchanged.
Scope and approval
Bug fix for #27719. It's one problem, and the change is limited to the guest page in apps/web (reducer, one button, one test case). No contract or server change: dismissal is already reported to the guest, and this only lets the guest dismiss the notice on their side.
Verification
vp test run apps/web/src/components/guest/guestStream.logic.test.ts: the new case "forgets a dismissed message once the guest clears it" fails on main and passes with the fix. All 11 tests in the file pass.
vp run check:changed: format, lint, knip, typecheck, tests (including GuestPage.browser.test.tsx) and react compiler all pass.
Manual run in a local dev server with the Replay provider. Owner tab and guest tab were in separate browser profiles. The guest sent three messages, the owner dismissed all three with Dismiss, then the guest page was reloaded.
Before (main): the three "Not sent" messages stay after reload, with no control to remove them.
After: each has a ×. Clearing all three and reloading leaves the guest page clean.
Guest links need a T3 Connect tunnel, so for the local run only I pointed the share hostname at localhost. That change isn't in this PR.
Not checked: a real T3 Connect tunnel or a remote guest browser. The change is client-only and doesn't depend on the connection mode.
Screenshots (before, after, after clearing): to be attached.
A guest message the owner dismissed stayed at the end of the guest page as
"Not sent" for the rest of the tab's session, including across reloads, with
no way to remove it. Each dismissal added another one.
Dismissed messages now show a clear button. Clearing one drops it from the
page's waiting set, which is what kept it on screen, so it stays gone after
later updates and reloads.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Guests can clear “Not sent” notices from their own page, with that choice retained across reloads. The action only changes local display tracking; it does not delete server messages or affect the owner’s thread.

Walkthrough
The guest page now lets guests clear dismissed messages. A new stream event removes a cleared message ID from awaitingRowIds, so a later view containing that dismissed message does not restore it.
The guest page shows a clear button for dismissed messages and sends a message-cleared event when guests activate it. The reducer removes the ID from awaitingRowIds when present. The test covers clearing an ID before a later view that still includes the dismissed message.

pingdotgg/t3code#27354: Adds guest history pagination and an event handled by the reducer updated here.

Explanation
Issue #27719 requires the guest to remove a dismissed message from the guest page. GuestPage.tsx renders a clear button for messages with status dismissed. The button dispatches message-cleared with the message ID. guestStream.logic.ts removes that ID from awaitingRowIds, so later views do not restore the message. Existing session storage persistence keeps the cleared state across reloads. The new reducer test verifies clearing remains effective when a later view still contains the dismissed message. Pending and sent messages do not receive the button.

Restore focus after clearing a message.
When a keyboard user activates this button, the message and the focused button are removed. The user must navigate back to the list to clear another notice. Move focus to the next clear button or the composer. (w3.org)

closure is warranted under the verification rule. The guest-page clear control changes an interaction, but the body explicitly says screenshots are to be attached and supplies no before/after capture or recording.
Attach matching before/after and cleared-state screenshots plus a short recording showing owner dismissal, guest clearing, and persistence after reload.
