fix(web): guests can load earlier turns again after a reconnect - #27406
A guest who loaded earlier turns and then reconnected (Wi-Fi drop, laptop sleep, tunnel blip) could end up with "Load earlier turns" stuck on "Loading earlier turns…" and disabled until they reloaded the page.
The guest page remembers which cursor a load is for, and treats a load as running while that cursor is current and has no error. A successful load never cleared that record. Normally the cursor moves on, so nothing happens. But a reconnect sends a fresh snapshot, and for an unchanged thread that snapshot carries the cursor the guest already loaded. The finished load then looked like it was still running, and the button stayed disabled with no request in flight.
The fix clears the record once a page lands. A failed load still keeps its error for that cursor.
Test: a new GuestPage browser test loads a page, replays the reconnect snapshot with the same cursor, and checks that the button is enabled and fetches again. It fails on main with the button disabled.
The existing test "follows the end as replies stream…" fails on my machine on main as well (LegendList initial scroll). CI on main passes it, so it isn't related to this change.
I didn't run a real guest session over T3 Connect. The browser test renders the real GuestPage in Chromium with the stream and fetch faked.

A late successful response for cursor A clears the loading record for a newer request on cursor B, making B appear idle and allowing duplicate fetches. Although the reducer ignores A's stale page, this reset does not; clear the record only if it still belongs to the completed request.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This change resets completed guest-history loading state so earlier turns can load again after reconnecting. The reported concurrent-request race remains subject to the separate correctness gate; the change otherwise stays within transient pagination behavior.

Walkthrough
The guest page now clears history-load state after a successful page dispatch. Browser test fixtures support history cursors, and a reconnect test verifies that the page can request history again.

Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Clear only the completed history request.
If a snapshot changes cursor A to B while A is in flight, the user can start loading B. When A succeeds, this reset clears B’s pending state, although the reducer ignores A’s stale page. The button then allows another request for B. Associate historyLoad with a request identity and clear it only if that request still owns the state. A cursor comparison alone is insufficient because a snapshot can restore A.

Changes the guest history control after reconnect from a disabled Loading earlier turns state to an enabled Load earlier turns action. The PR supplies a mocked browser test but no before/after captures or recording of the reconnect and second load in a real guest session.
submission evidence: "I didn't run a real guest session over T3 Connect."
Attach before/after images and a brief recording demonstrating reconnect followed by another successful earlier-turn load.
