fix(mobile): resolve bare thread links in messages - #26494
Part of #26468. On Android, the issue is fixed only when #26485 lands as well.
Problem
Bare t3-thread://v1/... and t3-thread://v2/... URLs bypass thread-title lookup and relabeling in mobile messages. The shared parser reproduces this with One agent is working: t3-thread://v2/there/t1: it collects no thread references and leaves the raw URL unchanged even when the title callback knows the thread.
Change
Recognize bare URLs alongside Markdown links and autolinks. Preserve surrounding quotes and emphasis, code spans including multiline spans, and external Markdown destinations. Keep unresolved bare v1 URLs as Markdown links so the existing mobile resolver can find a unique thread in another environment.
This complements #26485, which fixes Hermes dropping named groups from matchAll. This PR retains matchAll, so Android title resolution still needs that separate fix. Web and desktop use a separate rendering path.
Scope and approval
This qualifies as a small, focused fix of an obvious bug in an existing thread-link capability: bare URLs reach the same parser and resolution rules as links already supported by mobile. It adds no settings, contracts, or persistence changes. No prior maintainer approval is claimed.
Verification
Updated tests against the original implementation: 2 failures demonstrating missing bare-link references and an unresolved bare URL left as raw text. With the initial fix: 13/13 passed.
Review regressions failed before their fixes: closing emphasis/quotes were captured as part of the ID, multiline code and external destinations were rewritten, and unresolved bare v1 URLs became plain text. After fixes, vp test run packages/shared/src/threadLinks.test.ts: 13/13 passed.
Second review round (9938750): new cases for code spans across blank lines, reference definitions, strikethrough, and bare links inside other URLs failed before the fix; afterwards 13/13 passed, and format and lint passed.
Formatting, lint, and vp run --filter @t3tools/shared typecheck passed.
The completed vp run check:changed run exited 1. Format, lint, and tests passed. Both knip passes failed with RangeError: Array buffer allocation failed in oxc-parser; affected-package typechecks failed with memory-allocation errors. It also emitted Windows filename-too-long warnings while traversing dependency paths. These failures prevent full local validation; no passing full check is claimed. The subsequent rerun also exited 1: format, lint, tests, and knip 2/2 passed; knip 1/2 failed with the same ArrayBuffer allocation error, and affected-package typechecks again failed with memory-allocation errors.
The author manually checked bare thread links on a device. No before/after UI captures.

Bare thread links inside Markdown emphasis are extracted with the closing * or _ delimiters as part of the URL, so relabelThreadLinks looks up t1** instead of t1 and leaves malformed emphasis without a working link. The final character class permits those delimiters; exclude trailing emphasis markers from the captured URL.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Bare thread URLs now participate in mobile thread-title labeling and navigation using existing resolution rules. The reported Markdown-emphasis defect remains subject to the separate correctness gate; no additional material risk requires human judgment.

skip matches inside existing non-thread Markdown link destinations, preserving
external URLs and their redirect values unchanged.
- Line 10: Update the bare link pattern in the `bare` capture group to stop
before surrounding quotes, Markdown emphasis delimiters such as `**`, and
closing punctuation, so these characters remain outside the matched thread ID.
- Line 10: Update the code-span alternative in the thread-link scanner to allow
line breaks until the matching backtick delimiter, so bare thread links inside
multiline code spans remain unchanged. Add a regression case confirming the
scanner preserves such links.
- Line 137: Update the href selection around groups.href, groups.autolink, and
groups.bare so unresolved v1 bare URLs remain Markdown links instead of falling
through to plain text, allowing resolveThreadLink to resolve unique
cross-environment matches.

Recognize reference definitions by Markdown block context.
A definition can follow a heading without a blank line. For # Heading\n[ref]: t3-thread://v2/local/t1\n\n[ref], this pattern treats the destination as a bare link and rewrites it, breaking the reference. Conversely, it skips the live link in [Agent]: see [old](t3-thread://v1/t1) at the start of a message, even though that line is not a valid definition. Use Markdown block context to distinguish both cases. (spec.commonmark.org)

the verification rule is not met for the changed mobile link display. the description explicitly says there are no before/after ui captures. the parser regressions are useful, and the disclosed android dependency on #26485 is distinct from missing visual evidence. attach matching native before/after message captures showing a bare resolved thread title and an unresolved v1 link, and a short recording if tapping/resolution is needed to establish the repair. state which platform includes the hermes prerequisite, then request reconsideration. no repository-wide checks are needed.
