fix(copy): clarify provider errors and recovery - #24147
Provider banners use vague states such as "unauthenticated" and "limited availability". An expired approval request also describes a missing process without clearly explaining why the user can no longer answer it.
Change
Ask users to sign in, describe provider warnings in plain language, and explain stopped approval requests using turn terminology on web and mobile. Name the environment in the mobile unsupported-connection notice while retaining its existing compatibility guidance and specific errors.
Copy before and after
{providerName} and {environmentLabel} stand for the names shown in the app.

Mobile approval request, after the provider process stops

The mobile connection notice keeps its existing help, "Use compatible versions of the app and server to connect." Specific error messages still take precedence over that help. Desktop uses the same web copy.
Scope and approval
Copy-only maintenance. The exact wording and four-PR split were requested and approved in the originating T3 Code conversation. Runtime behavior and defaults are unchanged.

Rendered the actual ProviderStatusBanner component in the dev client with unauthenticated and warning fixtures, then captured both versions. These images show fixture states, not a live provider outage.
Matching mobile copy is covered by the changed-package typecheck. Native mobile screens were not exercised.

Use the authentication state for the sign-in title.
A managed Codex installation without a saved login has warning status and unauthenticated auth. The banner includes this state, but the current condition requires error status, so it shows Codex provider status instead of the sign-in title.

closure is warranted under the verification rule. The five-file copy pass changes provider banners, approval recovery text and mobile connection text, but supplied before/after artifacts show only the banners and omit the other changed UI states.
Add clear before/after captures for the approval recovery states and mobile connection label, with reproduction steps and observed results for those paths.
Reopening. An automated triage pass closed this by mistake; the closing comment above does not apply. Sorry for the noise.
