🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win

Scan group members when the live leader does not match.

If a wrapper remains the group leader while a child runs the serve command, members contains only the wrapper. When the wrapper command does not end with server.args, find returns undefined even though the child matches. track then writes no entry, so orphan cleanup cannot find that server after the owner dies. Search the group when the live leader does not match.

Review comment at @packages/provider-opencode/src/server/OpenCodeServerLedger.ts
at line 204:
Update the member selection in track to search the full process group when the
live leader does not match server.args, so a matching child can be selected
instead of returning undefined. Preserve the existing leader-first behavior and
ensure the selected member is still recorded for orphan cleanup.
