Builds on #17903, which adds Copy as TSV to the table menu by itself. Review that one first. This PR is the follow-up: the Table copy format setting, plus TSV/CSV when copying a whole message or a highlighted selection. GitHub can't base a fork PR on another fork branch, so until #17903 merges, this diff includes its commit.

What Changed

• (From feat(web): copy chat tables as tab-separated text from the table menu #17903) Table copy menu in chat gets a Copy as TSV item, next to Markdown and CSV.
• New client setting Table copy format (Settings → General: Markdown / Tab-separated / CSV, default Markdown). It decides how tables are written when you copy a whole assistant message with the copy button, or highlight and ⌘C.
  • Copy button: GFM tables in the message source are parsed with remark-parse + remark-gfm. Each one is replaced with delimited rows and the rest of the message is left as is. Parsing happens on click, not render.
  • Highlight-copy: tables in the selected fragment are written as delimited rows in text/plain. text/html is unchanged.
• In TSV/CSV, cells are plain text on a single line. Tabs and newlines become spaces so the grid stays intact.

Why

Tables from agent responses can't be pasted into Slack. Slack messages have no Markdown table syntax, and a CSV snippet shows as a truncated monospace preview. Slack does turn tab-separated clipboard text into a real table (the format spreadsheets copy), and so do Sheets, Excel and Numbers. Pasting CSV into Sheets puts everything in one column.
