Problem

The sidebar project filter used the same folder metaphor as the adjacent new-project action, making the two controls difficult to distinguish.

Fix

Use the existing list-filter icon for the project filter's unscoped state. Selected projects continue to show their favicon, and the search and action layout is unchanged.
