📚 Description

This PR replaces VitePress by Docus for the documentation, using Nuxt 3 and Nitro for the documentation deployment.

This PR updates the website content to fit Docus standards for content management.

Every pages are working, and the PR includes a new landing page! 😄

I didn't managed to get Nuxt properly working with PNPM local setup, so I added the dependencies to docs/package.json waiting for guidelines on how to make this possible!
