Testing performed
Tested PSP:

• Original sha: ${{ github.event.pull_request.head.sha || github.sha }}: PSP Workflow
• Updated sha: ${{ github.sha }}: PSP Workflow
• Ensured workflows triggered by push works
• Ensured workflows triggered manually works

Expected behavior changes
Supports CodeQL for PSP.

GitHub Actions

Additional context
Relies on this cFS PR that updates the codeql-reusable.yml to support the PSP build. CodeQL workflow will fail until that cFS PR is merged.
