Bumps the argo-workflows Helm chart targetRevision from 0.47.4 to 0.47.14 in the ArgoCD Application manifest. Chart 0.47.14 packages Argo Workflows v3.7.14, which closes three simultaneously disclosed HIGH-severity CVEs: - CVE-2026-40886 (CVSS 7.7): controller crash-loop via malformed pod-gc-strategy annotation - CVE-2026-31892: podSpecPatch privilege-escalation bypass in Strict/Secure reference mode - CVE-2026-28229: unauthenticated WorkflowTemplate read via invalid bearer token No CRD schema migrations are required; all existing CronWorkflows and ClusterWorkflowTemplates remain valid on the 3.7.x patch track.
