fix(models): list router-known ids in ocx models - #8187
ocx models listed only each provider's saved models array plus its default, so a config written before a registry seed gained an id never showed that id. The router would route it; the CLI said it did not exist. The list now unions the saved models with knownModelIdsForProvider.
It calls the router's derivation rather than reading the registry directly, because the router guards registry-derived sources by transport. A provider whose adapter or base URL diverges from its registry namesake receives none of the seed, hint-map keys, or discovered cache ids, so a custom endpoint named cline cannot inherit Cline's lineup.
Saved models still lead, the configured default is still the only default row, and the per-provider seen-set still collapses ids that now arrive twice.
The list is consequently a union rather than a curation: a model pruned from models reappears while the registry still seeds it, and wire-only ids a collapsed picker hides are listed too. That is router parity, and it is now stated at the merge site so the next reader does not mistake it for a bug.
The --json note previously read "Static config models only"; it now names both sources, since the array carries registry ids that are absent from saved config.
Verification
bun test tests/cli/cli-models.test.ts ΓÇö 28 pass / 0 fail (96 assertions), including two new cases covering both directions of the transport guard.
The new matching-transport case fails against the previous implementation (verified by stashing src/cli/models.ts: 27 pass, 1 fail), so it is not vacuous.
bun run typecheck ΓÇö exit 0.
bun test tests/test-layout.test.ts ΓÇö 2 pass / 0 fail (no layout registration needed; no new test file).
bun test tests/ci-workflows/file-size-ratchet.test.ts ΓÇö 9 pass / 0 fail. Neither touched file is baseline-tracked and both are under the 2000-line threshold.
Full suite not run locally; the focused files above cover the changed behavior, and CI carries the rest.
Checklist
Scope stays focused and avoids unrelated cleanup.
Docs or release notes were updated when needed.
Security-sensitive changes were reviewed for secrets, auth, and unsafe defaults.
No docs change: the CLI reference already describes ocx models as listing statically seeded models. If you would rather the union semantics be documented in reference/cli/providers-accounts.md as well, say so and I will add it in a follow-up.

The CLI model list now includes router-known model IDs after saved models. The JSON note describes the expanded list. Tests cover ordering, deduplication, default status, and registry-seed behavior for matching and divergent transports.

Merge router-known model IDs src/cli/models.ts, tests/cli/cli-models.test.ts
collectModels appends router-known IDs after saved models and deduplicates the result. The JSON note describes saved-config and router-known models. Tests verify saved-model ordering, default status, and registry-seed inclusion only for a matching transport.
The expanded model list still needs metadata and documentation corrections before merge; the remaining impact is limited to model display and reference accuracy.

Explanation
The title "fix(models): list router-known ids in ocx models" matches the main change. The PR changes collectModels in src/cli/models.ts so that ocx models lists saved provider models together with IDs from knownModelIdsForProvider. The title is short, specific, and names the command affected. It does not describe the transport guards, the JSON note update, or the new tests, but the changeset does not need the title to cover every detail.

Derive registry input modalities for ocx models when the saved row lacks them.
In collectModels, inputModalities comes only from the saved modelInputModalities map (src/cli/models.ts:57,71-72). Registry-admitted model IDs are added at src/cli/models.ts:104-105 through knownModelIdsForProvider. That function adds every key of a registry modelInputModalities map when the provider transport matches the registry entry (src/providers/registry/model-ids.ts, knownModelIdsForProvider). A saved provider row that predates the registry seed has no entry for such an ID. The JSON output then reports inputModalities: null for that ID. Routing resolves the registry modelInputModalities list for the same ID (src/routing/capability.ts:193-199), so ocx models and routing report different metadata.
When the saved modality map has no entry for the ID, fall back to the registry entry's modelInputModalities. Apply this fallback only when the provider transport matches the registry entry, using the same check that knownModelIdsForProvider applies. Keep the noVision check ahead of every modality lookup, as candidateCapabilityEvidence does. Saved modality values keep precedence over registry values.

`handleConfiguredModels` still told JSON consumers the array held "Static config models
only", but the union now also carries registry-seeded, hint-map and discovered ids that
are absent from saved config. The note named the wrong provenance for rows the same
command now returns; it names both sources.
Reported by CodeRabbit on lidge-jun#8187.
`ocx models` listed only each provider's saved `models` array plus its default, so a
config written before a registry seed gained an id never showed that id: the router would
route it, but the CLI said it did not exist. A provider whose registry entry gained a
model kept reporting the old lineup until the user happened to save an unrelated change.
The list now unions the saved models with `knownModelIdsForProvider`, the router's own
derivation, rather than reading the registry directly. That matters because the router
guards registry-derived sources by transport: a provider whose adapter or base URL
diverges from its registry namesake receives none of the seed, hint-map keys, or
discovered cache ids, so a custom endpoint named `cline` cannot inherit Cline's lineup.
Saved models still lead, the configured default is still the only default row, and the
per-provider seen-set still collapses the ids that now arrive twice.
The list is consequently a union rather than a curation: a model pruned from `models`
reappears while the registry still seeds it, and wire-only ids a collapsed picker hides
are listed too. That is router parity, and it is now stated at the merge site so the next
reader does not mistake it for a bug.
Tests cover both directions of the transport guard -- a matching stale config gains the
seed with saved models first and no duplicates, and a diverging config gains nothing --
and the case fails against the previous implementation.

Use persisted custom-model metadata for custom rows.
knownModelIdsForProvider contributes config.customModels[].modelId, but addModel reads metadata only from prov. A custom-only model can therefore show null contextWindow and inputModalities despite values saved by ocx models add. Use the matching custom entry as a fallback after the existing provider metadata, while keeping noVisionModels as the highest-precedence modality rule. Leave registry-only model metadata handling separate.
