Avoid marking partial peer reports compatible
When a Child supplies a valid version but its feature header is missing or rejected (for example because a newer Child exceeds MAX_FEATURES), parseLinkPeerReport deliberately returns { version, features: null }, yet this branch labels the peer compatible and claims that it predates peer reporting. Since the Home cannot determine whether it serves that Child's features—and the reported version may prove it does not predate the protocol—this produces a false compatibility verdict; partial reports should be treated as unknown/degraded rather than compatible.

Fixed in dee9c26: only a report with neither field (a pre-2.91 Child) is compatible with a versionRange. A partial report, where the version or the feature list is missing or rejected, is now unknown with a reason naming the unreadable field. Covered by the new partial-report case in tests/clients/link-peer-compatibility.test.ts.

Summary
ocx link status --jsonon a Home now reports each Child's version and a compatibility verdict, using only what the link already carries. It opens no SSH session to any Child.x-opencodex-link-peer-versionandx-opencodex-link-peer-features(its ownbuildPeerFeatures()) to the credential-free relay-auth challenge it already sends before every relayed request. An older Home ignores the headers.link-relay-sessionsrecords the report in memory only after the caller proof verifies, so the report is bound to the link key. It is display-only and never affects admission. A challenge for a link/key pair this Home issued that names a different relay-auth version is still refused, but the refusal is recorded so status can name the mismatch.src/link/compatibility.tslists the first release of each link protocol part:relay-auth/2in 2.69.0,link-management-relayin 2.84.0, and the newlink-peer-report/1in 2.91.0. Home/readyzfeaturesnow includeslink-peer-report/1(registry from feat(readyz): advertise peer features from one registry #7477).compatible,degraded(the Child reports a feature this Home does not serve; upgrade the Home),incompatible(refused relay-auth version;reasonsnames the side to upgrade) orunknown(no relayed request since the Home started). For the current fleet (Children 2.83/2.86, relay-auth/2), version reports start once the Home runs this build. A pre-2.91 Child cannot report its exact release, so status gives the range its relay-auth implies:
Once a Child runs 2.91.0+,

ocx link statusvalidates/api/link/statuskey by key, so the new fields are opt-in through?compatibility=1. The new CLI sends the query and accepts either shape.
