Cuts codexclaw 0.2.45 from
devat d8304b1. The release ships the frontend skill audit work: dev-uiux-design's experience audit and HIG-derived universal principles (#327), dev-frontend's WCAG 2.2 AA owner and visual audit loop, with KWCAG kept separate (#328), and the corrected WCAG statements, stale section links and SoT sync (#329).This PR bumps every version surface to 0.2.45 (manifest
0.2.45+codex.20261027184343), regenerates the inventory and README badges with the measured 3879 tests, moves the Unreleased entries under[0.2.45] - 2026-10-28, and adds a Compatibility note: skill and documentation changes only, no hook declaration changed.package-lock.jsonchanges only the 13 workspace version fields; a fullnpm install --package-lock-onlywould also have dropped the Linuxlibchints, so it was not used.Validation (darwin, this head)
